Is there a contract to sign?
No. The service runs on a prepaid balance: top up whenever you like and close your account at any time. Numbers and extra channels have a recurring cost, shown before you activate them.
What equipment do I need?
Any SIP device: Yealink, Fanvil or Grandstream phones, softphones such as Zoiper or Bria, Asterisk, FreePBX and 3CX PBXs. Or just the browser, with the web phone built into the portal.
Can I get local numbers?
Yes: geographic, national and mobile numbers in many countries are bought straight from the portal. For some numbers the local rules require an identity document, which you upload from the portal too.
How much do calls cost?
It depends on the destination: all rates are in the price list, per second and with no connection fee.
