Inbound numbers
Buy the number in the portal and decide right away where it rings. You can also bring numbers you already have with another operator.

- Cascading routing: extension, group of extensions, external number, voicemail or a message
- Voice messages generated with text-to-speech: you write the text, the system reads it

Recordings and voicemail
Recordings stay in the portal: you listen from the call report and download them when you need them, instead of digging through your mailbox.
